Ode to the Duchess of Oysterland
The Duchess of Oysterland
does sit ups and pushups
in the room next to mine,
and I like to sit in a pile
of old pizza crusts thinking
that, in a way, if someone's
working out near me, it is
sort of like I am working out
also.
My birthday present to
the Duchess of Oysterland
is that I am going make more
of an effort to like his dog.
