At the shallow end of the wide Manhattan Sea tomorrow will be a very special Frequency. Please note that it will be a SATURDAY Frequency. This is a special Frequency because it is an Unpleasant Event Schedule Frequency, curated by Daniel Nester, and the readers are very attractive and some of them are from out of town.

Frequency this weekeend will feature a poetry improvisation contest hosted by the folks of Painted Bride Quarterly. Come compete against your lessers for fabulous prizes and/or get wasted with the sexy "Girls of PBQ." I heard that there was going to be twister involved. I'll pick up extra whipped cream.

Ben Murphy will open the show by playing his own peculiar brand of Canadian Folk Rock to fans young and old. He might even have a couple of CDs left overfrom his AFC Conference Championship/CD Release Party.

so if I have horribly neglected things -- well, I am a notorious neglector, but if it has been in the last few days it is definitely not because I don't love you. Now I am going to roll over and moan for a while longer.

So I was just fucking around inside my own blog, sort of wishing that it was more like Josh Corey's, and I dejectedly clicked on the thought-to-be-defunct link to my favorite website, Eyeshot, only to discover that it is BACK IN ACTION!

So I've got some catching up to do.
