Her teeth were few, and folks,
she taught my little brother
a few things about dental work.
Our mouths are only as fine
as we treat them; she was not alone
in substituting dental work with pills.
Witchcraft is not limited to the tongue,
but certain spells aren’t just folks songs;
dental work is magic and science combined.
